3. AI-Assisted Request Tools
Our Site uses a request/booking form provided by our field service management platform, Jobber, which may include an AI-assisted assistant that helps answer common questions, route your request, and pre-fill scheduling details based on what you submit. Information you enter into this tool is transmitted to Jobber and becomes part of your service request within our systems (see Section 4). Responses from the AI assistant are provided for convenience; all appointments, pricing, and scheduling are subject to confirmation by Hoover Glass Services staff.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including:

Jobber — our scheduling, dispatch, request/booking form, and customer communication platform

Intuit QuickBooks Online — our billing, invoicing, and accounting platform

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core features (such as our request and booking forms) and to collect analytics, including through Google Analytics, which helps us understand Site traffic and improve the request process. If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we (or Jobber on our behalf) may send you appointment confirmations, on-the-way notifications, scheduling updates, and related service communications by text message.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to complete the services requested, maintain business and tax records, honor warranties, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
