Terms of Service

Hoover Glass Services (a d/b/a of LMB Preferred Services, LLC)

Effective Date: 09/16/25

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hooverglassservices.com (the “Site”) and any request, quote, or booking you submit through it, operated by LMB Preferred Services, LLC d/b/a Hoover Glass Services (“Hoover Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

Hoover Glass provides glass installation, fabrication, repair, and related services to residential and commercial customers. The Site provides information about our services and allows you to submit requests for quotes, estimates, and appointment bookings. Submitting a request or booking through the Site is not a guarantee of service; all requests are subject to review, availability, and confirmation by our team.

2. Requests, Quotes, and Bookings

  • Information submitted through our request, quote, or booking forms — including through our AI-assisted request tool — is used to evaluate your request and, where applicable, schedule an appointment.

  • Quotes and estimates provided through the Site or by our AI-assisted tool are preliminary and subject to confirmation after an in-person or more detailed assessment of the work.

  • Appointment times requested through the Site are requests only until confirmed by Hoover Glass staff; we will contact you to confirm scheduling.

  • We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion, including where the requested work falls outside our service area or capabilities.

3. AI-Assisted Tools

Our Site may use automated or AI-assisted tools (provided through our platform partner, Jobber) to help answer questions, collect information for your request, and suggest appointment times. These tools are intended to make requesting service more convenient but do not replace confirmation by Hoover Glass staff. Pricing, scheduling, and scope of work discussed with an automated tool are not final until confirmed directly by us.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices quoted through the Site are estimates and may change based on an in-person assessment of the work, material costs, or scope changes.

  • Invoices are issued through our accounting system (QuickBooks Online) and are due according to the payment terms provided at the time of invoicing.

  • We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; changes will not affect a quote or invoice already issued to you.

5. Communications

By submitting a request through the Site and providing your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted by Hoover Glass (or Jobber on our behalf) regarding your request, appointment, and invoice, including by phone, email, and text message. See our Privacy Policy for details on text messaging consent and how to opt out.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

  • Use the Site in any way that interferes with its normal operation or security

  • Attempt to access areas of the Site not intended for public use

  • Use any automated system to scrape or extract content from the Site without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Hoover Glass Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and any information, quotes, or responses provided through automated or AI-assisted tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty on completed work is governed separately by the terms of your service agreement or invoice with Hoover Glass, not by this Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoover Glass Services and LMB Preferred Services, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information provided through it, including through any AI-assisted tool. Our liability for completed services is governed by the applicable service agreement or invoice, not by these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hoover Glass Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from false information you submit through the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County or Shelby County, Alabama.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
